Thank you for shopping with Ester Bijoux Ireland. Because our jewelry is hand-crafted from real botanical elements, every single piece is unique. We want you to love your wearable piece of nature, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. The 14-Day Return Window

Under EU Consumer Protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it for a refund or exchange. Once you notify us, you have an additional 14 days to post the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, undamaged, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
In its original premium Ester Bijoux gift box and packaging.

2. Strict Hygiene Exemptions (Earrings)

Due to EU hygiene and health protection regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any earrings unless they are faulty. If you purchase an earring or an earring-and-pendant combo set, the earrings cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Return Shipping Costs (Paid by the Customer)

⚠️ Please Note: You, the customer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service (like An Post Digital Tracked) when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to our workshop.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your botanical piece arrives damaged or faulty due to transit, please contact us immediately at hello@esterbijoux.ie within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and in this specific case, we will cover the return postage costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first. To start a return, please email us at hello@esterbijoux.ie with your Order Number and reason for return. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address in County Kildare, Ireland.
