Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ester Bijoux Ireland. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are hand-packed with care and dispatched directly from our workshop in Castledermot, Co. Kildare.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
We know you are excited to receive your botanical jewelry heirloom, so we strive to get orders out as fast as possible.

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the exact same day.

Standard Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or over the weekend and bank holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Ireland & Northern Ireland)
All domestic orders are shipped securely via An Post in specialized padded packaging to protect the delicate natural structures of the jewelry.

🛒 Free Shipping Threshold: We proudly offer Free Standard Delivery across Ireland and Northern Ireland for all orders with a minimum value of €90.00.
3. International Shipping (UK & Europe)
We regularly ship our botanical treasures across Europe, including back to our roots in Italy.

European International Tracked: €17.00 via An Post International (Typically 5–9 business days).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Ester Bijoux Ireland is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order upon arrival outside the EU. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to An Post, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the An Post tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update active scans.
5. Delivery Address Changes
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout (including your Eircode). We pass shipment data automatically to our carrier. Once an item has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery destination or intercept the package.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Ester Bijoux Ireland is fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive your order and the outer premium gift packaging or jewelry is damaged, or if your tracked package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us immediately.
